|
| 3) Voliate Organic Compounds: |
Method 8010/8020 or 8240 or 8260 | |
| *Halogenated VOC | None present above detection limit | |
| *Non-Halogenated VOC | 1000 ppm maximum per compound | |
| Benzene (any source) |
Less than 1000 ppm | |
| 4) TPH |
Less than 100,000 ppm | 418.1 (USEPA) |
| 5) Physical State |
Solids: no free liquids | Visual Inspection |
| 6) PCB |
Less than 1 ppm | Method 8080 SW-846 |
| 7) Reactive Cayanide |
None present above detection | Chap. 7 sec. 7.3.3.2. Sw-846 |
| 8) ph |
Greater than 2.0, Less than 12.5 | Method 9045 SW-846 |
*All non-underground storage tank sites will require the TCLP testing procedure to be used for metals as well as halogenated and non-halogenated compounds, the latter due to the upper limit on benzene of 0.50 mg/l (ppm).
**On a case by case basis, the test requirements may be reduced to include the following per 100 cubic yards: TPH, VOC's, flashpoint, and TCLP lead.
